Our Mission


Welcome to Covenant Behavioral Health Center!  We are committed to serving our active duty, veterans, their dependents, and the local community through education and counseling of individuals, groups, and families.  


Covenant Behavioral Health is a registered 501(c)3 agency.  Our services blend professional psychotherapy and psycho-educational material to assist with restoring broken relationships, healing wounds of the past, and enhancing the quality of life.  We are committed to the preservation of families and relationships.  


We offer Spanish and English services to the underinsured and uninsured.  Our agency conducts training, couple seminars, and leadership courses. The workshops and seminars include personality assessments and practical skills. We have experienced Licensed Professional Counselors, Certified Anger Management Facilitators, Certified Human Behaviorists. Sessions are conducted using behavioral science. Our mission is to assist families, individuals and couples transform their relationships.

Using a practical, interactive, solution-focused approach, our goal is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and change long-standing behavioral patterns. With great sensitivity and understanding, We will help you and your family find solutions to a wide range of life challenges. We work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals. 

We work with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues providing services focused on relationship issues, conflict resolution, communication, substance abuse, and anger management. We offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of our client’s individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they are striving for. 


Groups for the San Bernardino Office



Wednesdays at 5:00 PM Weekly for Family/Support Group

Wednesday at 6:00 PM Weekly Regular Group

(SMART) Recovery meetings are discussion meetings in which individuals talk with one another, rather than to one another. There are no sponsors and we discourage use of labels such as "alcoholic" or "addict". This type of group focuses on relapse prevention which is an important part of treatment.  



Fridays at 6:00 PM Weekly


The Anger Management Course is a 12-hour program. Participants build their emotional awareness skills by learning ways to:
• Prevent impulsive reactions by understanding how anger manifests
• Calming techniques
• Restructure anger-inflaming thoughts and beliefs
• Manage stress and emotional tension
• Communicate with others in a way that improves situations (Fighting Fair)
• Appropriately release anger energy so it doesn't build up within the body
In this course, we will explore the effects of stress and diet choices as contributing factors to increased anger and stress-related disorders.



Wednesdays at 7:00 PM Weekly 

You are not alone! Our group is designed to assist you with the tools for processing grief and loss.
